All local orders are delivered free of charge by our local deliveries.  When you enter your postcode at the checkout, it will automatically determine whether you are eligible for free local delivery.

Orders made from further afield are sent via Royal Mail or TNT.

Goods can either be returned to store or by post.  

Please be aware that a re-stocking charge may be applicable to you, for goods returned.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are not returned in re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery.  

UKPS reserves the right to refuse refunds on damaged items that are not reported within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging and must not have been fitted or used.

We reserve the right to refuse refunding items that are not returned in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition, may be returned to you at your expense.
