DELIVERY DRIVER/STORE PERSON – HENLEY-ON-THAMES

We are currently looking for a Delivery Driver/Store person to facilitate our Henley-on Thames branch.

The role will involve delivering and dealing with customers, covering a radius of 40 miles approximately from the branch.

Main duties include:

Loading Vehicles

Delivering goods to customers

Customer Interaction in and out of the store

General housekeeping

The ideal candidate will be:

A people person with good customer service skills

Reliable and hardworking

Efficient and committed to meeting deadlines– following Health and Safety procedures

Must hold a full clean driving license (for insurance purposes please specify your age on the application) and without any serious convictions

This is a demanding role with some heavy lifting involved, so the candidate must be fit and able

Must be local to Henley or Oxfordshire due to the radius you would be covering.

Salary range:

£17,500-£19,500 dependent on experience

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm (with 1-hour lunch break) Alternate Saturdays also required 8am-12pm

BATHROOM SHOWROOM/STORE ASSISTANT - OXFORD (OX4 6NU)

We are looking to appoint a Bathroom Showroom Manager at our Oxford Branch.   Whilst this is a role predominantly managing the showroom the candidate will also be required to assist on the trade counter as and when required. 

The Role

Day to day you’ll be the proud leader of the showroom, you’ll have the experience and knowledge to manage and maximise performance; ensuring targets are always hit, if not exceeded.

Resolving any customer queries or concerns.

Effectively increasing profitable sales opportunities through correct pricing and merchandising in-line with company policy.

Always looking for opportunities to enhance the sales and customer experience in the branch.

Ensuring up to date knowledge of local competitors so we can continue to offer our customers competitive products and deals.

Achieving margin targets and driving profit share

 Managing any showroom administration/ad-hoc duties under the Branch Manager.

 

Your responsibilities will range from:

Greeting customers.

Advising on a range of product and pricing.

Delivering a first class customer experience from start to finish.

Customer networking, whether this is general customers, trade referrals and or contract quotes.

Serving trade and general customers on the trade counter, answering any plumbing and heating queries.

The ideal candidate must be an all rounded people person.  Someone, who has a driven attitude and can bring sales, ideas and enthusiasm to the role through exceptional customer service. 

 Full consideration will be given to enthusiastic applicants with some or little bathroom experience, as full training will be given.

Salary £20-£25,000 (depending on experience)
