We are looking to appoint a Showroom Sales Executive within our newest branch in Carterton (opening in August 2019)

We are looking for a person that drives excellent sales, with exceptional customer service.

The Role

This is a varied role, your main priority will be managing the bathroom showroom however, you will also be expected to assist at the sales/trade counter when required.  

Day to day you’ll be the proud leader of the showroom, you’ll have the experience and knowledge to manage and maximise sales and deliver “top-notch” customer service.

Focused on generating margin, driving yourself towards a potential profit share at the end of the financial year.

Proactive in looking for leads and any opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience within the branch.

With an eye for a sale, you will keep up to date with the market trends and what is happening with local competitors.  Also ensuring displays, and marketing material are up to date. 

Trade counter sales

Build strong relationships with brand representatives.

Resolve any customer and supplier queries.

Manage all showroom administration with any ad hoc duties under the Branch Manager.

The Person

This is a dynamic customer-facing role so, we are looking for a confident, “go-getter”  with a drive for sales and attention to detail.  This is a real opportunity to make this role your own!

Consideration will be given to enthusiastic applicants, with some or little bathroom experience as full training will be given. 


Up to £25,000 pa depending on experience

Hours of work:


Option 1 

Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm (also working alternate Saturdays)

Option 2

Monday to Friday 9.00am -5pm (also working every Saturday) 

Both options can be discussed at interview stage if your application is successful.
